These Terms govern purchases from KarmaSelo, an independent UK online skincare retailer operated by Mai Elsherbiny, trading as KarmaSelo.

1. Products

KarmaSelo sells skincare and beauty products online. We aim to provide accurate descriptions, prices, ingredients and usage information. Customers should check product packaging for current ingredients, instructions and warnings. General skincare information is not personalised medical advice.

2. Prices and Orders

All prices are displayed in GBP. Delivery costs and the total payable are shown at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We will acknowledge your order by email. A contract is normally formed when we accept the order through dispatch confirmation.

If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and refund any payment due.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment providers displayed at checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing and contact details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, excluding BFPO addresses and other excluded destinations stated in our Shipping Policy.

Standard tracked delivery costs £3.99 for orders below £75 and is free for orders of £75 or more. The threshold is based on the product total after discounts.

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days, followed by an estimated 2–3 working days for delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

For most online purchases, customers may cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods and then have a further 14 days to return eligible products.

Certain legal exceptions apply, including qualifying hygiene-sealed products unsealed after delivery.

6. Consumer Rights

All products must meet applicable UK consumer protection requirements.

Customers retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Customers must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation.

KarmaSelo's original branding and website materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

External websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We may update these Terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove existing contractual or statutory rights.
