Why do some of the products colours look slightly different from what they seemed online?

That’s quite normal because of the lighting effect and the display brightness.

How do I choose my size?

By simply following our size charts and infographics.

Why did my order get cancelled? 

This is a very rare situation which can only happen if the item becomes suddenly out of stock. With that being said, if this occurs, you will be contacted within 24 hours in that regard and, of course, the refund.

Please note, if you ordered, in addition to the out-of-stock one, more than one item, the rest of the order will go through as normal and will get shipped to your address unaffected by the cancelled one. 

How do I change/cancel an item on my order?

  • We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase.
  • We will not accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped even if it was placed within the 12 hours’ period.
  • For orders cancelled after 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  • You should contact us at: sales@karmaselo.com once you decide to cancel the order.

Where do you usually ship to and how long does it take for the order to be delivered?

We ship mainly Within in United Kingdom only 

Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address whilst placing the order.

Receiving time = Processing time +Shipping time

Processing time: 1-2 days

Once the order is placed, we gather the products and package them. The average processing time is 1-2 days, but it varies by product and the stock status. For some products or for larger-quantity orders, the processing time may be up to 2 business days. Once processed, the order is handed over for delivery.

Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Standard Shipping time: From 7 to 15 days. 

  • Attention: telephone number is required for delivery. Your account email should be right in order to receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation. Your address should be elaborate, including possible apt or unit number.
  • We are not responsible for undelivered or extra shipping fee due to not  providing incomplete address. 
  • Because sometimes the delivery company delays on updating the information on their website, so please check it 2-3 days after we email you the tracking info. Thanks for your patience.

 Return and refund policies

1: Return Conditions

  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories.
  2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing and tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
  3. If you decide to return an item, please contact us within one day from the delivery date.
  4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  5. We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.

3: About Refund

Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team within. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned. KarmaSelo will complete the refund in 7 business days after receiving your return and verification. You’ll need to kindly check your account regularly.

Please note there might be a delay in the refund because we usually handle returns twice a week.
