What does KarmaSelo sell?
We are preparing a curated range of Korean skincare, including cleansers, toners, serums, moisturisers, sunscreens and face masks.
Where do you deliver?
We are preparing delivery to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver internationally or to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
How much is UK delivery?
Our standard tracked delivery charge will be £3.99 for orders below £75, with free standard tracked delivery on orders of £75 or more. The threshold is based on the product total after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Express delivery is not currently available. Delivery times will be confirmed before launch.
How can I check ingredients or suitability?
Read the product label and individual product information, including ingredients, directions and warnings. Patch testing may be appropriate; stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a medical skin concern, seek advice from a qualified professional.
Are your products genuine?
We plan to source from verified suppliers and review product documentation before offering items for sale.
What is your returns policy?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for current terms and your statutory consumer rights. Contact us if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
